Deanna Slep

Deanna moved to Charlotte with her family ten years ago with a hunger for excitement and adventure. She handpicked Charlotte, NC to begin her career in real estate because of the vast opportunity the city afforded her to create a business for which she has a true passion.

Through sheer drive and fortitude, Deanna quickly learned what it took to build a successful real estate career and team. She has built her reputation on nothing but the highest professional standards and has earned the following professional designations: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative), GRI (Graduate of Realtor Institute), CNHS (Certified New Home Specialist), CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) & ASP (Accredited Staging Professional). Deanna has also earned numerous achievement-related awards such as Million Dollar, Executive & Platinum clubs and RE/MAX Hall of Fame. She and her team are repeatedly ranked as one of the Top 100 in the Carolinas and will be featured in the December 2008 issue of Charlotte magazine as one of their Five Star Award Recipients for Charlotte's Best in Client Satisfaction. Deanna holds real estate licenses in both North and South Carolina and serves her clients with pride and enthusiasm.

Andria Wilson

Andria Wilson moved to Charlotte with her family four years ago. She has an extensive background in the Real Estate and Mortgage Industries. Having worked for a Title Company in New Jersey for several years and then working as an Underwriter for a Charlotte Mortgage Company, Andria brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. She is the mother of two children and soon to be a grandmother. She enjoys spending time with family and friends.

Andria’s responsibilities involve handling weekly client care calls to inform all sellers of the showing activity on their homes and deliver associated feedback. She is available for any questions or concerns and will handle replenishment of flyers and delivery of contracts and copies of all paperwork. She is also responsible for the meticulous duties involved in coordinating all pending contracts to facilitate timely closings and helping local and out-of-state buyers who are searching for homes via our websites or other means. With her outgoing personality and dedication to clients, Andria is an integral part of our team.

Brian Slep

Brian is a native New Englander, being born in Connecticut and raised in Massachusetts. He and Deanna moved to Charlotte 10 years ago when Brian took a job flying for a commercial airline. Brian currently flies for NetJets and enjoys spending time with his family of Deanna, their 3-year old son, Aaron, infant son, Colin and 2 dogs, Murphy and Tesh. Brian is also an avid gardener and loves anything involving the outdoors.

As our team’s Field Care Specialist, Brian is responsible for the delivery and pickup of signs, brochures, brochure boxes, keys and lockboxes. Brian may enter a home on occasion to deliver such materials as needed.
